Landed Arts Festival

HfA joins forces with local artists to present the 3rd annual Landed Arts Festival: a four day celebration of art & music inspired by nature at the beautiful Hillside Farm. Featuring visual art by Neil Sternberg, Pam Carnochan, Elise Muller, Rob Stimpson, Marike MacDonald, Helena Renwick, Elizabeth Johnson, Janine Marson & Carolyne Wagland. Craft Beer & Beverages from Canvas Brewery will be available on site.

The festival also includes a concert series including:

Are you ready for the Country? The sold out hit show is back! A lively songbook night celebrating the music of Neil Young’s legendary Harvest album. After sold out shows in 2019 & 2021, local musician Tobin Spring is back with some of Muskoka’s top players bringing you hits like “Heart of Gold”, “Old Man”, “Harvest” and more.

Annabelle Chvostek
Friday June 17 | 8pm

A night of lively music combining traditions of Uruguay and Canadian folk that harkens back to the grittiness of 1930s tango, vaudeville cabaret and swinging hot jazz.  Annabelle Chvostek is a celebrated artist who has composed music for dance and film, co-written songs with Bruce Cockburn, and is a past member of The Wailin’ Jennys.

Abigail Lapell
Saturday June 18 | 8pm
Non-Member $25 | Member $20 | Youth $10

Call it prairie noir, or Canadiana desert rock: Abigail Lapell sings haunting, gorgeous modern folk songs. Her albums have won two Canadian Folk Music Awards, English Songwriter of the Year (2020) and Contemporary Album of the Year (2017), reaching #1 on Canadian folk radio and over 13 million Spotify streams.
