Stephanie Aykroyd learned the foundations of oil painting as a teenager, studying the Old Masters at a small school in Toronto. Today, she also enjoys working with acrylics. Inspired by rugged, atmospheric landscapes and vast skies, Stephanie shares her love of wild places and her reverence for the earth in natural and serene paintings. Stephanie lives and works in the Almaguin Highlands in rural Ontario, Canada.
