Liz R. Derksen is a Canadian artist, living in Huntsville. Painting with acrylic she captures the beauty, and whimsy of nature, the way light strikes a tree or hits the lake, or the beauty in the colours of the forests, and rock. She admits a special love of trees and bark. Her hope is that her paintings speak to you, and that you are able to share the beauty she sees, and enjoy it through her eyes.
